You can pay your rent online through our website or by setting up automatic payments(Must be set up between owner & renter). We also process payments over the phone or you pay directly to your Landlord/Owner/Property Manager if allowed.
The specifics vary by property, but generally, rent includes water, wifi, sewage, and trash. Some properties may include additional utilities such as gas or electricity. Check the property listing or contact us for more information.
Our standard lease term is 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, but some of our owners also offer month-to-month, while others are even more flexible offering short term options for certain properties such as weekly stay rates. Contact us for more information. (623) 688-3841

-Searching, screening and matching the most ideal household and roommates
Price range is from $40 to a commission, but it depend on what is needed of us as a team!
Fees are not due until prospective renter OR vacant suitable home/room is delivered.
100% money back is guaranteed if we do not exceed your expectations
-Fees to be paid are separate from what is due for rent
The process does not take long. Once contact is made between us, the interview is completed and your Service Agreement signed, we aim to place renters within 72 hrs.
